Regional Sales Manager - Germany

Reseller Development Manager –

Basic Salary: €65,000 + €35,000 Car allowance, Mobile, Tablet

LOCATION: Germany

ROLE:

The Reseller Development Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with new resellers.

As the Partner Manager you will be responsible for achieving revenue goals, profitability, and reseller recruitment objectives.
The Reseller l Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to Resellers.

You will effectively manage and maximise business within reseller accounts. To develop a long-term strategy with clear objectives. Build relationships within these accounts at all levels by utilising and managing all available resources within the business. Ensure our Products are positioned always as a key preferred supplier within the Interactive, Projector, Display & Meeting Room space.

• To engineer Sales Opportunities which are executed upon via the German re seller channel, with the purpose of increasing market share of product within the region.
• To work with the re-sellers , answering sales enquiries, working on larger-scale sales projects in conjunction with resellers.
• To offer comprehensive pre-sales support by working with an established Partner base to give customer demonstrations and attend joint visits to potential end-users when required
• To ensure awareness of our products and Services through giving presentations to clients and local authorities.
• To develop, maintain and grow key contacts
•To ensure revenue goals are met and exceeded if possible while maintaining high levels of Contribution Margin and Customer Satisfaction

APPLICANT:

• Preferably in an Reseller engagement related field base role or from Distribution
• Good knowledge and experience of the German Reseller Channel Market - Audio Visual or IT
• A technical attitude to demonstrate and evangelise why our Solutions are needed within a classroom/school / Meeting room
• You will be a highly successful new business hunter with a demonstrable track record of success within the Audio Visual or IT industry.
