Key Account Manager - London - Housebuilder & Main Contractor Sector

Basic Salary £44.5k + OTE £50.5k. Company car, laptop, mobile phone, 23 days holiday + bank holidays, private healthcare, pension.

What is the opportunity?:

The company are looking to further strengthen their Project Sales team with a highly motivated and enthusiastic Key Account Manager who will drive forward and grow their sales within the sectors of Housebuilding and Main Contractor stakeholders.

Who we are looking for?:

You will be London-based with easy access to the M25 and ideally Dip. GAI qualified with the ability to write complex ironmongery schedules and be able to demonstrate success in managing complex decision-making processes. As someone who can evidence successful AI industry experience, thrive at problem-solving and be a natural excellent communicator you will also have a minimum of 5 years’ experience on the specific sectors of Housebuilders and Main Contractors.

The Support you will receive to succeed:
The company can provide you with specialised training, qualified leads, marketing support, technical back-up, internal estimating, scheduling support, access to their CRM system and products for demonstration purposes.
