A varied and all-encompassing Digital Marketing position, with a heavy bias towards content creation and management via numerous CMS platforms for website, mobile phone app, and other integrated software portals. Need to be energetic, have urgency, be able to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks, use own initiative, be a self-starter and own the marketing function. You must have experience of the majority of the outlined tasks/duties shown below, and if you do not have experience of these, then it is clearly desired that you will be very willing to learn. A small proportion of the below (mainly design orientated) can be outsourced.

A wide expanse of duties, some regular and some ad hoc are as follows;

• To support the team and generate sales opportunities via the use of our marketing arsenal.
Website management (content, SEO, analytics, micro sites) – liaise with suppliers.
• Management of push content for mobile app – liaise with supplier.
• Management of customer feedback portal (software CMS) – liaise with supplier.
• Management of content creation and delivery for all social media channels including Vimeo.
• Develop an extensive and visually compelling digital library of flipbooks/brochures for all of our
divisions – external designer liaison via PPH.
• Work with our CRM and email marketing software to develop digital strategies that inform,
educate and generate leads for our consultant, ensuring GDPR compliance, timetable approach
• To develop occasional short animated software videos via PowToons software.
• Management of forthcoming intranet.
• Infrequent direct mail initiatives.
• Monthly liaison with senior management to provide feedback and gain strategic direction.

An excellent opportunity to grow within the role and have a large input to our marketing road map, as we have ambitious expansion plans and the marketing function is currently “managed” by the MD and other personnel. You could be our super hero (or super heroine) by knitting together and implementing all of our ideas and seeing this impact and contribute to our growth. We have great ideas but are not the best at implementing these regularly and measuring their effectiveness.
