The Role:

Within this position, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of approximately 120 foodservice accounts.

This account base will be diverse and range from regional groups and chains as well as independent pubs, hotels, restaurants, schools and hospitals.

Most of the contact will be at Chef level although you will also liaise at buyer level with some of the larger business in your area.

As well as managing existing accounts, you will also be responsible for winning new business within the territory.

The position offers a realistic commission scheme corresponding to the financial growth of the territory.

The Applicant:

• The successful candidate will have a background in a field sales or merchandising role.

• Candidates must have a passion for food and any experience dealing with the catering or foodservice sector will be particularly beneficial.

• Candidates must be confident and ambitious with an enthusiastic and resilient approach to succeeding and developing.

• Candidates must be organised and efficient.
