REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – SOUTH EAST
SPECIALIST BATHING SOLUTIONS
£35K BASIC, £50K OTE, COMPANY CAR, PENSION, PHONE AND IPAD

Here’s a great opportunity to join one of the UK’s premium manufacturers of Walk in Baths, Assisted Bathing products and Patient Hoists. With nearly three decades of specialist knowledge focussing on accessible bathing needs we have become a leading choice for design and installation and after sales support delivering innovative solutions for care providers, architects / specifiers and end users.
As part of a planned development programme we are now looking to recruit a first class Regional Sales Manager to look after sales relationships with Occupational Therapists in the South East of England; a very well-established territory.

The Role:

• Sales of walk in and assisted baths, hoists and associated products
• Building sales pipeline with OT’s, Care Management Companies, Contractors, FM
Companies, Grant Teams and parents
• Carry out surveys and demonstrations
• Prepare proposals and quotes
• New business and Account Management
• Achievement of agreed budgets, targets and KPI’s
• Territory Management
• Working from home
• Maintenance of company CRM System

Candidate profile:

• Proven sales track record in an equipment led sell
• Skilled in territory management and planning
• Consultative sales approach, empathy and tactfulness
• Happy working from home and with some staying away
• Live on patch; South East, Dartford, Tonbridge, Kent, Maidstone, Canterbury,
Rochester,Basildon, South End on Sea, Grays etc
